2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, PecoToys ships to all major cities and towns across India including but not limited to:

• Metro cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities across all states
• Remote and rural areas (subject to courier availability)

Note: Some remote pin codes may not be serviceable. You will be notified at checkout if your pin code is not covered.

PecoToys works with trusted courier partners including:

8. Packaging

We take packaging seriously because your child's safety matters:

• All toys are packed in secure, child-safe packaging
• Fragile items are bubble-wrapped for extra protection
• Eco-friendly packaging used wherever possible
• Each package includes an invoice and product guide

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful:

• Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
• After failed attempts, order will be held at local courier facility for 5 days
• If unclaimed, order will be returned to PecoToys
• Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide an alternate contact number at checkout.

10. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

• Take an unboxing video as proof (highly recommended)
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Email us at pecotoys@gmail.com with photos/video
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

11. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe:

• First check your tracking link for updates
• Contact our support team after 2 business days past expected delivery
• We will investigate with the courier and resolve within 3–5 business days

• No physical shipping required
• Course access granted within 24 hours of payment
