What kind of toys does PecoToys sell?

We sell two kinds of toys: Educational Toys (STEM, science, creative and learning kits) and Fun Toys (RC cars, dancing and light-up toys and more). Browse them under Edu Toys and Fun Toys in the menu.

Which age group are your toys for?

Our toys are for kids roughly aged 3 to 12 years. The recommended age is mentioned on every product page, and you can also shop by age using the Age 3-5, Age 5-8 and Age 8+ collections.

Are the toys safe for children?

Yes. We focus on non-toxic, durable, child-friendly toys. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children, especially with toys that have small parts.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days across India. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small extra charge, which is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on most orders across India. Availability depends on your pin code and is confirmed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will get a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page.

What if my product arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send a clear unboxing video of the parcel being opened. If your claim is approved, we will process your refund. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Can I return a toy if my child doesn't like it?

We offer refunds only for damaged or wrong items, so please check the product details and recommended age before ordering.
