Return & Refund Policy

At PecoToys, we want every parent and child to be happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we're unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have visible signs of use, or where the original packaging is missing.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8949448125 or email us at pecotoys6@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and the reason for return
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup/drop-off instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders)
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item)

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For a different size, color, or product, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per the policy above.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Returns and refunds for COD orders follow the same policy above. Refund amounts for approved COD returns will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days of approval.
