We want your PecoToys order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order has been processed.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within India. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small additional charge, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most orders across India. Availability may vary depending on your delivery location and will be confirmed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.

Delayed or Missing Orders
